What Makes a Good Random Event System?
CultGame » Devlog
We’re back to start the new year with our first devlog! This time around, we talk about how we added a random event system into CultGame, so you can experience individual moments of roleplaying as a cult leader while making optimal strategic decisions.
This system has been inspired by Paradox’s grand strategy games, Slay The Spire, Oregon Trail, Disco Elysium, and probably a lot of other games that I’ve played and have subconsciously influenced me into liking this mechanic!
Hope you enjoy. We’ll see you again soon to talk about our new crusading mechanic!
